It's officially November in RVA, but we wake up today to 80 degree weather on the horizon. I'm not complaining! The weather dips a bit this weekend but still pretty decent for 3 weeks our from Thanksgiving.

So here's what's been going on in Richmond this week:
Impact Awards were awarded this week. Richmond.com has the story and I'm sure it's no shock, Hardywood comes out on top! Is there nothing these guys can't do?
Richmond.com also rounds up some weekend events for us...Brunswick Stew festival, craft beer, all sounds good to me!
But really, where is everyone going on Saturday...Hardywood's Gingerbread Stout Release Party. Literally liquid crack, bottled up and limited to 4 bottles per customer. Drink sparingly, sell on the black market. It's a 100 out of 100 beer, I tell you they can't go wrong over there on Ownby.
RVANews has an extensive list of all the new restaurants that opened last month: Belle & James being at the top of everyone's list.
Remember Stony Point Fashion Park, that mall with the first Chipotle in Richmond? Well they are doing a $50 million renovation! LIKE WHAT? Heated benches, art, fountains...can't wait to heat my seat over on the South Side! RVANews has the story.
