Eats : Miso Soup

With Christmas coming up, knowing I’m about to just eat an abundance of food that will almost make me sick (totally my fault, I don’t have willpower), I wanted to make something light to have throughout this week - and honestly I don’t want salad (I have found a rare salad that leaves me satisfied)

So I came across this Miso Soup recipe on Pinterest. Now soup, soup always leaves me satisfied, and I have a penchant for Asian flavors (oh dear, is my boyfriend rubbing off on me?). Anyway, this seemed like the perfect thing to make to have in the house all week. Also it’s cheap. And let’s real from Christmas shopping, to holiday parties and more, I’ll take cheap any chance I get right now.

This was so easy to make! And delicious (I leave out the tofu, because, gross). I am currently enjoying with a beer (not so light), my lite Christmas tree, dog asleep at my feet, Anthony Boudain on the TV. This is my Christmas pre-game!
