The weather in Richmond has been crazy. Crazy cold. But despite the dismal weather I still managed to have some fun (then get a cold…)
Crafting and Tio Pablo
Sunday I went over to help the creative team for Ad Club. Turns out I’m not amazing at hot gluing things, but I can tape things pretty well. After we crafted we decided to go to Tio Pablos. I can’t say no to Mexican. It seemed pretty authentic and I tried cactus! They also had some interesting “art” on the walls.
Southern Women’s Show
Thursday night I was invited to the blogger preview event for the Southern Women’s Show. I brought my sister along and we had a lot fun. There was a champagne and candy bar, a fashion show, makeup preview and a selfie booth. We also got some pretty sweet gift bags. More to come on this fun event!

Creative Mornings
The third Friday morning is always a great morning. This month’s Creative Mornings was help at the Virginia Repertory theatre. It was an awesome venue. Sometimes I still get amazed by new places here. The event, as always, was interesting. We had to make a face with the person sitting next to us with the stuff in our pockets and purses. Duron Chavis was the speaker and talked on the subject “Taboo.”
