The past week was a busy one. I had a bunch of after work activities and didn't spend nearly enough time with my dog (always my top priority). But my bocce league started this week and I had some fun weekend activities!
Bocce at Hardywood
I run a bocce league here in Richmond. We play at Hardywood and just started our spring season. There are about 100 players that come out to play for 3 hours. We are also sponsored by Boulevard, Burger and Brew and they make a special bocce burger every week. This week was a shrimp tempura topped burger. Holy moly it was a good start back!

Monument 10K
One of my favorite Richmond traditions is to go watch the 10K. Monument Avenue is lined with people cheering (and drinking) at 8 am. Porches and patios are filled with people and the medians are packed too. The runners stop for beers and it’s all around a fun time.
Triple Crossing
The new TC in Fulton is awesome. And we are going to do a second bocce league here. We went out and did a preview event Saturday. The weather was gorgeous and the beers were great. If you’ve never been or tried the beer, I recommend their Falcon Smash. They also have a pizza oven. Beer and pizza...nothing better!
