Fitness Update and April Goals

For March my goal was to establish a new routine and find fun ways to work out. Courtney and my goal is to get to the gym Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning and on Monday’s we try to walk the dogs. I would like to pepper in something else Friday through Sunday, but I think we are off to a solid start.

In March I went to the gym 11 times, that’s 35%, not bad. Plus I walked Phoebe a bunch in the second half of the month. As the weather gets nicer and the days get longer it will be easier and easier to do get out and walk.

I just signed up for my fitness assessment at Crunch and am looking forward to learning a little bit more about fitness, myself and how to use my gym membership to the best of my ability. I also want to try out a few more class offerings at Crunch. They just switched up the schedule and I may try to go do a few evening classes.

My April goal fits into my fitness journey too. My goal is to spend more time outdoors. Today I went to an outdoor yoga class. I also want to spend time hiking on the weekends and walking the trails around Richmond. My goal to get outdoors fits two awesome things - workout in fun ways and explore my city!
