This week has been BUSY! Both of my bosses are out of the country and it was a four day week for us, so we really had to bust it out at work. And we did! Not only that but my second division on bocce started this week at Triple Crossing. Oh and it’s easter week, which in RVA means Easter on Parade.
Bocce x 2
Someone told me I was trying to build a bocce empire. I’m really not. I’m just trying to bring something I love to more people. So, we kicked off our second division in Richmond at Triple Crossing Fulton on Tuesday. The first night went well with beers and pizza! On Wednesday we had our third week at Hardywood and Boulevard, Burger and Brew. Again, the burger was killer - mushrooms and a garden aioli made the cut for the special burger this week. If nothing else, I get to eat some amazing food!

Tuesday are now for pizza

And Wednesdays for burgers
The Kickers
Saturday evening was a perfect day to sit in a stadium, drink beer and cheer on The Kickers! They lost, but the game was very close. I like to sit near The Red Army to hear the cheers (and jeers).

Easter on Parade
Richmond has the best traditions. We just shut down Monument Avenue to drink beer run a few weeks ago. This time we shut the street down from Davis to Allen to walk around and look at people. And drink beer. Every easter we put ourselves on parade. When trying to explain this it's like there’s a parade, but it’s really just people walking around on the street. The medians are filled with food and vendors. There are jugglers, clowns, men in bonnets. It’s a true site to see. Oh and everyone dresses their dogs up. I saw a great dane in a tutu. (Sorry no pictures - I had two dogs and beer to hold on to.)
