This was a fun week with lots of dining out and other fun things.

Where I've been fueling up:

My first Korean BBQ experience. We went to Korea Garden on Midlothian Turnpike for our monthly restaurant club. It was delicious and quite an experience.

Buz and Ned's. I forgot how good this place was. I haven’t been in awhile, but it really hit the spot.

Boulevard Burger and Brew is bocce’s sponsor bar and they always make a delicious speciality burger. This time it had queso and other goodies on it that did not disappoint.

Friday afternoon, I got off work early and did a little brewery hopping. I hit Vasen, The Veil and Three Notch’d. I was able to take my dog to all these spots and it was a great way to spend an afternoon.

Friday I also went to the The Jasper for drinks and a snack. The Jasper is a new bar in Carytown that specializes in cocktails. It was awesome.

My friend had never been to Can Can so we popped over after our drinks at The Jasper for a carafe of wine. Always one of my favorites.

On Saturday we went to Casa del Barco for some sunshine and some mexican food. It’s a beautiful view along the canal.

After lunch we popped over to the Postbellum rooftop to continue soaking in the sun.

Lalos is one of my favorite mexican places in town. We went for dinner on Saturday and had a few margs too.

Sunday was easter and after the parade my sister and I went to Can Can to enjoy some rose.

What I've been reading up on:

This article on networking advice. I go to a good amount of events and I think this is great advice for anyone who goes to networking events.

I am crushing on this house tour from apartment therapy.

I love the newsletter Girlboss, they offer great career advice, like this article.

Richmond magazine published this great article about the new Hardywood complex.

What else:

The Medicis on Netflix. I love historical shows. Great show about the famous Italian family who helped grow Florence. Also it has Rob Stark in it.

Bocce is back! I run a local bocce league and we had our first night on Wednesday at Hardywood.

I treated myself and got my nails done at Escape with some girlfriends this weekend. I love getting a mani and pedi and feel very put together now.

The Easter Parade is one of my favorite Richmond traditions. My sister and I took the dogs and did a lap around the walking parade to view the people, the pups and all the other fun things.
